Kouakou Eloi YAO advises CLKA’s clients with ease on their major public procurement operations as well as on infringements of stockmarket and financial regional regulations.

He assists different types of clients : firms as well as local and international institutions in various sectors such as the banking and financial one, electronic payments, new technologies, industry, infrastructures and distribution. His support in the matter of public procurement also covers legislative works and regulatory drafts as well as assistance and representation in case of litigation. Regarding those latter, they are at the core of the firm’s DNA both in counselling and litigation and are also offered in criminal business law. Thanks to his academic background, Kouakou Eloi is able to offer to his clients the cutting-edge expertise required to manage particular infringement cases like insider trading and white collar crime.

Kouakou Eloi is a former dean of the Law department of the University of Bouaké and an Honorary Dean of the latter. Its expertise, built through years of practice in the region, is widely lauded by the academic world as well as the professional one.
