This department teams have acknowledged expertise in competition litigation (anti-trust, mergers) and intervene either alongside complainants during referral proceedings before competition authorities, or to defend companies against which such complaints are filed before the latter. We assist our clients at every step of the dispute, from visits and seizures up to appeal before the competition authorities and the national and community jurisdictions.
