Corporate law is a major part of CLKA’s activity. As such, this department is staffed with numerous senior members, which makes it the first strenght of CLKA.

In total, eight members of our team including partners and lawyers helps corporates of all size at the national and international levels regarding their strategy of investment, mergers and restructuring.

The departments also advises and supports its clients regarding the legal aspects of their companies or groups from incorporations up to dissolutions. It advises in particular shareholders and CEOs regarding their governance matters and the implementation of employee shareholding policies.

The department assists and represents its clients during disputes between CEOs and partners as well as those relative to the implementation of asset and liability guarantee or partners agreement.

The expertise of this team covers companies’ direct set-up, mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, transfers of assets, restructuring, stake acquisitions as well as market operations and private equity.
