CLKA’s competences encompass taxation as a whole : tax aspects of restructuring and mergers, support during audits or for the obtention of tax approvals, criminal tax law, real estate law, taxation of large patrimonies.

The department assists a clientele composed of ivorian or foreign companies and groups as well as CEOs and individuals. The latter can be legally residents in Ivory Coast or not and generally have activities or assets spread over several countries.

Our team, advise and support this clientele more specifically in the field of corporate taxation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (these operations’ Structuring purpose is to maximize tax efficiency and audits). Other fields of support include : real estate taxation (Tax transaction’s management as well as support structures and tax audits) ; tax regimes with investment incentives ; income and assets taxation (optimization of income taxation, assets and transfer of assets).

The department also assists its clients before tax authorities during tax audits and litigation proceedings and represents them before administrative and judicial jurisdictions.
