Jean Bedel KOUADIO

Jean-Bedel KOUADIO holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in Taxation and Business Law. He serves as an Associate at CLKA, where he primarily works within the Tax, Customs, and International Trade department.

He advises the firm’s clients on tax structuring matters and handles a wide range of issues, including corporate taxation, tax aspects of restructuring transactions (mergers, demergers, partial asset contributions), real estate taxation, as well as sector-specific tax matters—particularly in the oil and gas industries.

Jean-Bedel is also involved in tax and customs litigation. Working closely with the firm’s lawyers, he contributes to the development of defense strategies, drafts responses to tax reassessment notices, and ensures diligent follow-up of proceedings before tax authorities and competent courts.

Versatile and meticulous, he also provides support to the Corporate department, particularly in relation to company incorporations, capital increases, changes in legal form, and financing transactions.
