CLKA Law Firm advised an Islamic Fund in the implementation of a Murabaha financing transaction amounting to €8,000,000 for the benefit of an Ivorian bank.
As legal counsel to the lender, we handled all matters related to the transaction, including due diligence, review and examination of the financing agreements, and the issuance of the necessary legal opinions.
