Admitted to the Côte d’Ivoire Bar, Foreign Legal Counsel admitted to the New York Bar (USA), Arbitrator at the OHADA Court of Arbitration (CCJA-OHADA), three-time Member of the Council of the Bar of Côte d’Ivoire, Member of the Competition Commission of Côte d’Ivoire for over five years, contributor to the World Bank’s “DOING BUSINESS” program for more than fifteen years, Founding Member and now Honorary Member of the African Federation of Young Lawyers, and recipient of the “Young Talent” award at the Caen Memorial Moot Court Competition (France) in 2007, Lassiney-Kathann is the Managing Partner of CLKA and Director of the Corporate & M&A Department.
With nearly twenty-five years of experience, Lassiney-Kathann regularly works in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Real Estate Finance, Banking and Finance, Project Development, Competition and Antitrust, providing both advisory and litigation support to local and international clients.
His in-depth knowledge of business regulations and the commercial environment in West Africa makes him a highly valued partner for investors and market participants.
